Right-Hand Drawers

Accessible from the top bar (right side). Each opens as a collapsible card:

Summary

• Quality Control

Key run metrics (on-target %, reads aligned, depth/coverage summaries, ts/tv and het/hom ratios). Links to the full QC page.

• Variant Summary

• Counts and distributions for pathogenicity/prioritization classes across the sample.

• Runs of Homozygosity

ROH summary and link to the detailed ROH view.

Case Information – Case ID, sex, age-of-onset fields, and Phenotype–Disease Similarity action.

Phenotypes are shown as chips; newly added HPO terms appear under Added After Analysis in Case Info.
